Clementine and vodka cured salmon, port pickled beetroot

Celeriac terrine, cranberry aioli, sour dough toasts

 

Roast turkey with all the trimmings

Spinach, pear and walnut Wellington, cranberry butter

Pan roast salmon, crushed potatoes, onion jam, sweet and sour cherry toms

Slow roast topside of beef, mousaline potatoes, borginoin sauce 

 

Christmas pudding with brandy sauce

British cheeses with Christmas cake 

Chocolate and cranberry terrine, spiced orange custard 

Mulled wine trifle, candied chestnuts
