The Trading Rooms, which also has its own bakery, looks out over the spectacular Piece Hall Courtyard and is open from breakfast to dinner with imaginative menu changes through the day.
Open to the public from 8th November 2018, the family-friendly restaurant has an interesting, contemporary feel, while keeping one foot firmly in its heritage.
Seasonal menus are devised by General Manager of Food & Beverages, Jason Wardill, and Head Chef Simon Dyson. All dishes are freshly made using the highest quality, locally sourced produce, providing great tasting food.
The open plan kitchen has its own charcoal grill and the basement kitchen provides delicious bread and cakes through The Bakery, which has award-winning craft baker, Sandor Bagameri at the helm. The artisan loaves produced and sold in The Bakery are used in the restaurant.
